"Life Changing!"
"I wish this had existed when I had my kids, it would have changed my life" - Leia
In today's fast-paced world, we often hear the phrase "it takes a village" – but where is that village when we need it most? At Nurture Online, we're bridging the gap between this timeless wisdom and modern reality by helping expectant mothers build and activate their own supportive communities.
Founded by Katerina Annels, Nurture Online guides women to create genuine postpartum support networks from within their existing communities. With nearly two decades as a healthcare professional, Katerina combines her expertise as an osteopath, lactation consultant, and community health advocate to transform how we experience early motherhood.
Nurture Online was born from a powerful personal journey. Katerina's first birth during the early Covid lockdowns left her isolated and overwhelmed, experiencing firsthand the critical gaps in postpartum care that too many women accept as normal.
Her second pregnancy was dramatically different. Surrounded by a carefully curated support network, she discovered the profound difference genuine, intentional community makes—not just during those intense first 40 days, but throughout the entire motherhood journey.
We recognized that the challenge isn't a lack of caring people – it's knowing how to transform good intentions into practical support. This realization sparked the creation of Nurture Online.
We empower mothers to build and activate supportive networks within their existing communities. Through accessible, practical education, we transform online learning into real-world action. Starting with expectant mothers, we're committed to fostering resilient, caring communities that support each other through life's pivotal moments.
Unlike traditional online courses, Nurture Online focuses on practical community building. Our programs don't just provide information – they guide you through the actual process of identifying, connecting with, and organizing your local support network. We believe that true learning happens when knowledge meets action.

Our flagship program, Seven Sisters, doesn't just offer information—it guides you through the actual process of building your own personal village of structured, reliable support. Working with us will empower you to identify, organize, and activate your own community of care—transforming good intentions into practical, consistent support.
"I wish this course had been available when I had my first child. The practical frameworks and mindset shifts have completely changed how I view motherhood and community. Instead of seeing help as a last resort for desperate times, I now understand that creating a village isn't just nice to have—it's essential for the wellbeing of our entire family." — Laura D., mother of two
The possibilities for our journey together are limitless. Research shows that social support is one of the most powerful protective factors against postpartum depression, yet too many mothers struggle with guilt, isolation, and unrealistic societal expectations.
Whether you're an expectant mother looking to build your support network, or someone passionate about strengthening community bonds, we invite you to join us in creating more resilient, caring communities. Together, we can transform the way we support each other through life's most significant moments.
