1. Overview of Nurture Online
1.1. Nurture Online is a Nurture Online is a startup online education platform that helps individuals leverage their existing community connections for support during significant life events. The platform's first offering targets expectant mothers, teaching them to build a postpartum care team from their local community.
1.2. Nurture Online was designed to provide high-quality, evidence-based content to individuals wanting to engage local, real-world, community support.
1.3. Nurture Online’s course; Seven Sisters: Building Your Postpartum Community is aimed at healthy pregnant individuals who want to use their existing community supports to create a postpartum community.
2. Structure of Seven Sisters;
2.1. Nurture Online is an online course. It is a four-module course with recorded content, workbooks, and live Q&A calls.
2.2. It encourages you to use the knowledge provided to engage real-world support, such as physical help in your home during the postpartum period.
2.3. The Online content will be released weekly over 4 weeks. You will receive access to our course website, and private Facebook group. The content is yours for nine months,, after which time you will be removed from the course website. All workbooks and recordings you have downloaded are yours to use forever.
2.4. You have the option to purchase our advanced module that includes private one on one calls and a team member available weekly for the first 8 weeks postpartem to coordinate your team
3. Relationship with Nurture Online
3.1. Nurture Online is operated by Dr Katerina Annels (Osteo). Dr Annels is a registered Australian Osteopath.
3.2. While Dr Annels is a registered Osteopath, the Nurture Online Program is not a therapeutic service.
3.3. By consenting to participate in the Nurture Online program, participants acknowledge that they are participating in a coaching program and are not receiving therapeutic services from Dr Annels.
3.4. To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, clients of Dr Annels cannot be accepted as participants in the Nurture Online program within 3 months of cessation of
services provided by Dr Annels.
3.5. Similarly, participants in the Nurture Online program cannot be accepted as clients of Dr Annels within a minimum of 6 months of completion of the Nurture Online program.
3.6. Any requests for cross-referral or registration between former clients of Dr Annels and Nurture Online will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and will only be accepted at Dr Annels’s discretion, depending on the individual circumstances.
3.7. If in the course of participating in the Nurture Online program, issues arise which in Dr Annels’s professional opinion are beyond the scope of the coaching relationship, a participant may be advised to see their GP and obtain a referral to consult with an appropriate clinician.
3.8. Dr Annels may at any time and in their sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in the Nurture Online Program if Dr Annels considers it appropriate to do so. In the event of termination of a participant’s registration in the Nurture Online program on this basis, a partial refund of the participant’s registration fees may be provided.
4. Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information
4.1. As part of your participation in the Nurture Online Program, Nurture Online needs to collect and record information from you.
4.2. We link a copy of our Privacy Policy, which we request you read and acknowledge your understanding of prior to signing this document.
5. Technology Requirements
5.1. Nurture Online is provided online through our website portal and via videoconferencing. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed to access online content and participate in videoconferencing workshops.
5.2. To access Nurture Online content, you will need access to a computer with video, microphone and speaker, built in is fine. We also recommend at least 1 hr a week of contact time to follow the program
5.3. The privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.
6. Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property Nurture Online’s website, its
Program and all content provided within, is the intellectual property of Nurture Online.
6.1. The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document from Nurture Online’s Website or the Nurture Online Program is prohibited.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
7.1. Nurture Online will grant a refund of the registration fee paid by any participant, within 72 hours prior to the commencement date of the Nurture Online program.
7.2. After the commencement of the course, full or partial refund of the registration fee will be granted at the discretion of Nurture Online, and ordinarily only in circumstances where a participant’s registration is terminated by Nurture Online in accordance with the terms of Part 3.
7.3. Pre-booked 1:1 private coaching session may be cancelled by the participant up to 72 hours prior to the session time without penalty, but must be re-booked before the end of the 8-week Seven Sisters program. No refund will be offered in respect of expired or unused 1:1 coaching sessions.
8. Nurture Online is not responsible for the actions of the people you bring into your home. While Nurture Online is an education platform designed to help you utilise your existing community to support you in life's pivotal moments, we are not responsible for the people you choose to bring into your home, their actions, or the consequences thereof.
9. Consent to participation in the Nurture Online Program
9.1. I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about Nurture Online and I acknowledge the following:
9.1.1. Nurture Online is a coaching service. Although the Nurture Online program, Dr Annels, is a registered Osteopath, this is not an osteopathic service, and I will not be entering a relationship with a client practitioner. I am not receiving osteopathic services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participation in the Nurture Online program;
9.1.2. I am not an existing client of Dr ANNELS and I have not accessed osteopathic services provided by Dr ANNELS in the last 6 months;
9.1.3. As a result of my participation in the Nurture Online Program, I am precluded from accessing osteopathic services provided by Dr ANNELS for a minimum period of 6 months from the completion of the Nurture Online program;
9.1.4. I have read and understood the Nurture Online Privacy Policy.
