Home of the 7 Sisters Course.
In today's fast-paced world, we often hear the phrase
"it takes a village" –
but where is that village when we need it most?
At Nurture Online, we're bridging the gap between this timeless wisdom and modern reality by helping people build and activate their own supportive communities.
For Health Professionals
Research shows that increasing the social support of postpartum women promotes breastfeeding, infant care, maternal adaptation, and self-esteem. Our 7 Sisters model provides a structured, evidence-based approach to creating comprehensive postpartum support networks. By implementing clear guidelines around boundaries and appropriate assistance, we empower healthcare providers to support mothers more holistically. Our modules offer a systematic way to activate community care that goes beyond traditional medical interventions.
For Expectant Mothers
Imagine a postpartum where nourishing meals, loving childcare, and effortless home organization are seamlessly provided. This isn't just surviving the fourth trimester, it's about transforming the maternal experience. Our approach helps you move from isolation and overwhelm to feeling deeply supported, witnessed, and celebrated during one of life's most profound transitions.
By reimagining postpartum care with community wisdom, we empower mothers to emerge stronger and more connected.
For Partners and Community
Community support during the postpartum period decreases the chance of postpartum depression and improves physical recovery while taking pressure off the primary support person. Every supported mother creates a profound cultural shift that extends far beyond her immediate family, healing generational patterns of maternal isolation.
Our approach supports partners in becoming more engaged parents and rebuilds community connections eroded by modern individualistic life. Give your loved one this life changing experience.
